We handle share transmission, IEPF recovery, mutual fund nomination, folio correction, physical share dematerialisation, Will drafting and financial planning for families across Delhi NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh — including NRI families running the whole process from abroad, and investment via the GIFT City route.

Apps are built for buying and selling. They are not built for a shareholder who died without registering a nomination, a dividend that quietly drifted into the Investor Education and Protection Fund, or a Registrar asking for a document nobody explained in advance. That work is done by people, on paper, with a phone permanently on hold to an RTA.
Without a registered nominee, transmission needs indemnities, affidavits and legal-heir documentation prepared exactly the way each RTA expects — not the way it's written in the form.
Unclaimed dividends move shares — and every entitlement earned since, including bonuses, splits and demerger shares — into the Investor Education and Protection Fund, invisible until someone goes looking.
Registrars reject filings for reasons that shift with every letter. Knowing which SEBI circular applies — and when a rejection is simply wrong — is what actually moves a case forward.
End-to-end transmission of physical or demat shares to legal heirs after the death of a holder — documentation, RTA correspondence and follow-up, start to finish.
Registering nominations before they're needed, and transmitting mutual fund units to the rightful holder when they weren't registered in time.
Recovering shares, pending dividends and every entitlement earned since — bonuses, splits, and shares from corporate actions like demergers — from the Investor Education and Protection Fund.
Converting paper share certificates, including decades-old holdings, into demat form so they can finally be tracked, sold or transferred.
Correcting name mismatches and re-ordering joint holder names across folios so records finally match reality.
Guidance on how a Will should be structured, what it needs to cover, and the documentation involved — so your family never has to face the transmission process we specialise in.
Structured, goal-based financial planning covering investments, insurance and estate readiness for individuals and families.
Facilitating investment into Indian markets and mutual funds for NRIs through the GIFT City route, and for resident Indians investing into global markets the same way.
Ongoing investment guidance and mutual fund distribution once your holdings are in order, across 16+ AMCs.
Whether you're weighing your first question or already holding a folder of documents ready to file, there's a place to start — without commitment.
Book a short appointment and talk through your transmission, IEPF, nomination or dematerialisation questions — at no charge, with nothing owed to us afterward.
Whether you, a relative, or another professional drafted the documents, send them across before you file with the RTA, the company or your broker. We'll flag exactly what needs fixing, at a very nominal cost.
Every detail below reflects an actual case we handled. Client names and identifying information have been removed; the companies involved are named as they were.
A client based abroad approached us during a brief visit to India, needing to transmit 1,580 physical shares of JSW Steel left by his late father, with no nomination on record. Every step after his departure — indemnity execution, video KYC, and NOCs from the late sister's legal heirs — was coordinated entirely by courier and phone. When the company rejected the filing citing the need for a succession certificate, we argued — citing the applicable SEBI transmission circular — that the additional affidavits already on file made a succession certificate unnecessary. We escalated the wrongful rejection through a formal SEBI SCORES complaint, which resolved the matter within weeks.
A client learned — from an unsolicited approach by a third party demanding an upfront fee — that shares he held in Reliance Industries and Chambal Fertilizers had lapsed into the Investor Education and Protection Fund after years of undelivered dividends. A previous broker made no progress over several months. We recovered the original shares, every pending dividend, and entitlements the client had no records of — including bonus shares, stock splits, and his demerger allotment of Jio Financial Services shares he didn't know he was owed. When Chambal Fertilizers' registrar raised repeated, piecemeal objections over the better part of a year, a SEBI SCORES complaint broke the deadlock within weeks.
A client brought us a briefcase of mutual fund and share documents from 1992 — roughly ₹1 lakh invested and never revisited after the market crash that followed. Using PAN-based tracing alone, we identified mutual fund holdings across multiple AMCs, banks and distributors the client had no memory of — including ten to fifteen forgotten UTI Mutual Fund folios — recovering close to ₹1 crore in units nobody had tracked. On the equity side, holdings in companies including HDFC Limited, ICICI Bank, and Reliance Industries (along with its Jio Financial Services demerger allotment) — held across multiple family members' names — had lapsed into IEPF. Our first IEPF claim was processed in nine months without a single query from the registrar; the remaining claims followed over the next two to three years.
We work most often with:
Areas we serve directly:
NRI clients across Australia, the US, the UK and the Gulf have worked with us entirely by courier, video call and WhatsApp.
Share certificates, folio numbers, PAN details, or simply what you remember — we start from whatever documentation exists.
Indemnities, affidavits, NOCs and forms drafted and tick-marked exactly where your signature is needed — sent to you by courier or digitally.
Weekly follow-up calls, rejection responses, and — where needed — formal escalation through SEBI SCORES.
Once transmission or recovery is complete, we show you how to manage or liquidate the holdings yourself, at your pace.
Most families don't know the true size of what they hold until someone goes looking — old shares, forgotten mutual funds, dividends sitting unclaimed. As that picture becomes clearer, so does the level of attention it gets from us. Every tier below simply reflects how much we're actively managing on your behalf.
Tier privileges relate strictly to service access and priority — not to any monetary benefit, rebate, or return on investment, in keeping with SEBI and AMFI regulations governing mutual fund distribution and broking services.
The Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) is a government authority that holds shares and dividends left unclaimed for seven consecutive years — most often because dividends went to a bank account or address that changed, or a nomination was never registered. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, send us your folio number, DP/Client ID, or PAN, and we'll check the status with the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) at no cost.
No. IEPF claims and share transmission are filed online through the MCA portal; the only physical requirement is a signed indemnity bond and KYC set, which you can courier to us once. We handle every RTA follow-up, registrar correspondence, and filing step from here — as we did for an NRI client based abroad throughout an entire multi-month transmission case.
It depends on whether a nomination was registered. Without one, RTAs typically require an indemnity bond, an affidavit, NOCs from legal heirs, and — in some cases — a succession certificate or will. We assess your specific situation first; in several cases we've been able to avoid the need for a succession certificate entirely by citing the applicable SEBI transmission circular.
Rejections are common and often incorrect or based on additional documentation that wasn't clearly communicated upfront. We review the exact rejection reason, correct or supplement the filing, and where a rejection is unjustified, escalate formally through a SEBI SCORES complaint — which has resolved deadlocked cases for our clients within weeks.
Yes. Physical shares — even decades old — can be dematerialised and, if they lapsed into IEPF due to unclaimed dividends, recovered along with any bonus shares, stock splits, or demerger allotments earned since. We've recovered forgotten 1990s-era holdings this way, including entitlements the family had no records of.
We discuss and agree on terms before any work begins, based on the specifics of your case. Be cautious of anyone asking for a large upfront fee before verifying your claim — we always check your share/IEPF status first, before any commercial discussion.
